Dendrons.ai builds trust infrastructure for AI that acts. As AI systems move from advisory to agentic - making decisions, taking actions, and transacting on behalf of organisations - the governance, audit, and security layers that sit around them become critical. That is what we build: Compass for governance before adoption, Steward for spend auditing in operation, and the Commerce Suite for trust when agents transact.

Dendrons.ai was founded by Nivedita Pandey, an AI and Digital Innovation Leader with a Wharton MBA (Joseph Wharton Fellow) and a distinction in Computer Science Engineering, with 16 years of experience building digital products, platforms, and businesses across US, UK, and Asian markets.
Nivedita's global career spans launching new physical and digital products at Estée Lauder in New York, working with MNCs and startups in London, launching India's first digital gold product, and building and scaling an Asia-wide multimillion-dollar Private Capital business vertical at Microsoft in Singapore.
Her expertise has been leveraged by corporates (Microsoft, HSBC, EY, Estée Lauder), by governments and multilaterals (World Bank, Reserve Bank Innovation Hub, India's Central and State governments), and by startups backed by leading VCs.
Her work has been recognised globally - at UN Women New York (top 10 of ~450 global pitches for innovative tech solution), at British Telecom London (1st prize for most innovative pitch), by the State Chief Secretary in India (for her leadership and execution excellence in DBT as Prime Minister's Fellow), at Microsoft Singapore (APAC Accelerator Award), and by the Singapore government as a high-calibre innovator and entrepreneur.
Startups founded by her in the past have been incubated at Penn Incubator (backed by National Science Foundation, USA) and Antler Singapore (top 3% of global applicants).
Nivedita designed and delivered an Applied AI Innovation Lab for a state Administrative Training Institute, and AI envisioning sessions for public sector enterprises, working with 500+ civil servants and senior PSU executives to discover where AI actually fits inside public institutions and what blocks adoption. What she learned there - that public institutions do not adopt AI until they can trust and audit it - shaped the thesis of Dendrons.ai. The same lens produced NitiScope, a public procurement intelligence platform indexing 3.95 million Indian tenders and 3.17 million contract awards.
